The Maze of Villa Pisani was designed in 1720 and is among the most famous and best preserved in Europe. His nine concentric circles of box hedges create a path that has as its goal a tower topped by a statue of Minerva, the goddess of Reason and patron of the arts, greets visitors at the end of his “fatigue”.
The labyrinth is a living plant and thus requires a constant care activities of hedges and avenues. In fact, for this reason to maintain the health of the plants are indispensable cleaning operations, scerbatura, pruning, zappatura, fertilizer and pesticide treatments, all activities carried out periodically between February and October.
The maze is located within the Villa Nazionale Pisani at Stra which is located along the Riviera del Brenta. In 2008 Park won the award for Italy's Most Beautiful for its originality of design and the grandeur of the statues and pavilions. Are also greatly valued the orangery with a rich collection of citrus trees and Coffee house much like a temple, This small building was designed in 1720 as a place of refreshment for the villagers.
In most 114 villa rooms are kept moving, statues and frescoes of these we find the Glory of the Pisani Family by Tiepolo.

Open every day except Mondays, May 1, Christmas and New Year.
