And 'now the main event of the year and reached the milestone of 20 years. In this wonderful age retains the enthusiasm and freshness; its maturity has acquired a love of tradition and warmth that repeats year after year to its visitors. Bolzano, the city that has always been a meeting point between Central Europe and the Mediterranean, turns into capital of the Christmas lights, the sounds that fill the Old Town, the sparkling windows, but also the tenets of his habits: the Advent wreath on the table, the end pastry, family habits that are transmitted from generation to generation. and the Market with its 80 Exhibitors does not suggest that what our homes are always known: glass decorations, wood and ceramic, gift ideas, delicatessen, delicious desserts such as the native Zelten, but also the stollen and strudel in all variants. The craftsmen present their creations in the magical atmosphere of Advent in the Alpine region near the courtyard of the Palais Campofranco with his "Enchanted Forest" or on the facade of the building that houses a Max Valier Advent calendar on your windows (Pfarrplatz 12).
During Advent squares and streets of Bolzano are also alive to events related to local traditions: brass players, horn, arpisti, accordionists and costumed dancers offer the typical melodies of Advent that normally play in the parlor at home or in small churches gathered nearby.
